My wife and I were shopping Costco one Saturday when I stopped to talk to the heating and air rep in the store promoting the Lennox system. She set up an appointment with Matt with Honey’s Air. He was not only on time, but very friendly and professional. He surveyed my home and existing unit and explained why my existing unit was not cooling the home properly. It was simply too small for the square footage of my home. He recommended we increase the size of the air unit as well as change out the heat unit at the same time. My wife and I both agreed. Matt did not try to talk me into the most expensive unit, he ask what I was looking for and gave me a few options within that range. Once the unit was selected, the date was set for the install. To my surprise the install was scheduled two days later, The morning of the install, Jose and Josh called and said they were on their way. Upon their arrival, they both introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing, ask if I had any questions, and went to work. At any time I had a question, Josh and/or Jose would take the time to explain in detail. Both Josh and Jose knew exactly what to do and how to do it. It was obvious this was not their first install. I would recommend Honey’s Air to anyone in need of a new system or maintenance for an existing system. I would also ask for Jose and Josh to be my service person if possible, however I’m sure the entire staff at Honey’s would be as professional. Please acknowledge Josh and Jose……they are an asset to your company and go that extra step to insure customer satisfaction. My experience with Honey’s and all of the personal I had the pleasure of meeting was nothing short of outstanding.
