Our furnace had so many problems to it and was dangerous to run, also the platform was caving in and needed to be replaced. I called our insurance company to have them come and get it replaced. They marked It down as an emergency due to the fact that it was so “dangerous” and the freezing cold nights. Well, that whole situation was a nightmare and they didn’t want to replace it even with 4 different people documenting everything that was wrong with it and how dangerous it could be. After 8 days of no heat and our house being under 50* I took matters into my own hands. I called Honeys heating and air and they were AMAZING help! I could not be more satisfied with this company. the sales rep, Simon, the tech Jarred and the owner Jacque went above and beyond to help us get things taken care of. Even tho Jarred and Simon no longer had anything to do with the next steps they still called and checked up on us to make sure things were getting handled and then called to see how we liked it once it was finished. I have never had a company do that. Jorge is the one that spent 8 hours tearing everything out and rebuilding everything. In the process he accidentally broke something. He apologized and when we got home today from work he had stopped by and replaced it. So kind. He also fixed things that weren’t even in the work order and without being asked. I am forever grateful for all these amazing people in this company. I highly recommend this company to anybody!! Thanks again Honey heating and air and everyone involved.
