As a homeowner, you hope you don’t have to buy many major purchases, but when our 26-year old furnace became dangerous to operate, we started searching for a replacement. We were hooked up with Honey’s Air through the program at Costco. The first contact over the phone was pleasant and they set us up with an in home consultation within 48 hours. Mike was sent out to our house and was right on time. He sat down and explained all of our options that fit within our budget. Mike is an extremely nice guy and doesn’t try to use high pressure sales tactics. He was also very nice to our small kids, even letting our small son play with his flashlight.
We agreed to purchase the units that night and he would have the furnace and AC installed two days later.
During this time, he went above and beyond. The day after our consultation, Mike called me up and offered to drop off a space heater for us to use for a couple of nights. With temps outside in the 20s overnight and no heat, we had been freezing and bundling up with the kids. I was blown away at how thoughtful and caring that was. It really helped a lot.
The crew that came in to do the install was equally as impressive. They installed both units and hauled off the junk all within the afternoon. They were very clean, thorough, and courteous. All around professionals. Thank you Jose, Will, and Crischen! You guys rocked!
All in all, I am very happy with the service provided by Honey’s Air. They truly care about their customers and the work they do. Thanks so much!
