Our furnace had so many problems to it and was dangerous to run, also the platform was caving in and needed to be replaced. I called our insurance company to have them come and get it replaced. They marked It down as an emergency due to the fact that it was so “dangerous” and the freezing cold nights. Well, that whole situation was a nightmare and they didn’t want to replace it even with 4 different people documenting everything that was wrong with it and how dangerous it could be. After 8 days of no heat and our house being under 50* I took matters into my own hands. I called Honeys heating and air and they were AMAZING help! I could not be more satisfied with this company. the sales rep, Simon, the tech Jarred and the owner Jacque went above and beyond to help us get things taken care of. Even tho Jarred and Simon no longer had anything to do with the next steps they still called and checked up on us to make sure things were getting handled and then called to see how we liked it once it was finished. I have never had a company do that. Jorge is the one that spent 8 hours tearing everything out and rebuilding everything. In the process he accidentally broke something. He apologized and when we got home today from work he had stopped by and replaced it. So kind. He also fixed things that weren’t even in the work order and without being asked. I am forever grateful for all these amazing people in this company. I highly recommend this company to anybody!! Thanks again Honey heating and air and everyone involved.
My wife and I were shopping Costco one Saturday when I stopped to talk to the heating and air rep in the store promoting the Lennox system. She set up an appointment with Matt with Honey’s Air. He was not only on time, but very friendly and professional. He surveyed my home and existing unit and explained why my existing unit was not cooling the home properly. It was simply too small for the square footage of my home. He recommended we increase the size of the air unit as well as change out the heat unit at the same time. My wife and I both agreed. Matt did not try to talk me into the most expensive unit, he ask what I was looking for and gave me a few options within that range. Once the unit was selected, the date was set for the install. To my surprise the install was scheduled two days later, The morning of the install, Jose and Josh called and said they were on their way. Upon their arrival, they both introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing, ask if I had any questions, and went to work. At any time I had a question, Josh and/or Jose would take the time to explain in detail. Both Josh and Jose knew exactly what to do and how to do it. It was obvious this was not their first install. I would recommend Honey’s Air to anyone in need of a new system or maintenance for an existing system. I would also ask for Jose and Josh to be my service person if possible, however I’m sure the entire staff at Honey’s would be as professional. Please acknowledge Josh and Jose……they are an asset to your company and go that extra step to insure customer satisfaction. My experience with Honey’s and all of the personal I had the pleasure of meeting was nothing short of outstanding.
I very much dislike any such reviews and find it insulting when car dealers beg for 100% customer satisfaction. There are many other examples I could use to complain about our movement on customer satisfaction feedback. However, given this introduction, I find myself very motivated to offer a review for the first time in my life that speaks to the exceptionally positive experience I have had with Honey’s Air Conditioner. From the initial phone call, to same day assessment with complete product review and next day installation. I was very impressed with the total experience and the end product. The initial phone contact (7/22) with a lady whose name I did not write down, to the assessment (7/22 at 11:00) by a very pleasant informed individual whose name I did not write down followed by the exceptional installation completed by Wayne and Steve.
I thank Honey’s for their quick professional and competent response to my needs.
